1 out of 5 starsThis shop owner has a terrible attitude towards customers. Please refrain from ordering from this shop. Owner is very rude and uncaring. She shipped out my item and it said undeliverable as addressed and that it was being returned to the sender. My address is correct as I order frequently on Etsy and am a shop owner myself. There was clearly an error with the way it was addressed and sent on the shops part. I contacted the shop owner and she had no care and wanted me to wait until it was sent back. The appropriate thing to do was send a replacement right away and not make the customer wait for it to be sent back. She said she didn't want to deal with the problem and issued a refund. Very poor and immature communication and to save yourself the trouble of a problem. Shop elsewhere.
